Dingell wasn't asleep though he wished he were
"I wish I had been sleeping."
--Rep. John Dingell to the Detroit Free Press about the SOTU where it appeared he was sleeping though he says he was taking notes and Blackberring with his staff. "Perhaps then I would have heard the president say something about providing health care for 10 million uninsured children or finding a political solution that will allow our troops to return from Iraq, but that happens only in my dreams," he added.
